Sometimes you have a builder you trust and a project that needs the right plan. We provide design services as a stand-alone discipline — drawings, materials, and the considered detail that makes a project worth building.
Engage us for a single room, an addition, a whole house, or a feasibility study. We deliver schematic design, design development, finish schedules, and as much construction documentation as your contractor needs to execute. Our role can end at design or extend through construction administration — whichever serves the project best.

Material palettes, finish schedules, lighting plans, and built-in detail at a level the trades can build from.
Construction documents
Coordinated CDs to the level required by your jurisdiction and your contractor.
Specifications
Plumbing, lighting, hardware, appliances, and finishes — specified and sourced.
Construction administration
Optional ongoing support during the build — RFI responses, submittal review, and on-site visits.

Can you work alongside our contractor?
Yes — most consultation projects do. We hand off complete drawings and remain available for questions through the build.
How are your fees structured?
It depends on the scope of the work. We’ll outline fees once we understand what the project needs.
Will the drawings be permittable?
For residential projects in our service area, yes. Out-of-area projects may require a local architect of record, which we are happy to coordinate.
